Welcome to Small Group Training at AC Fitness where it is a semi-private, coach-led training designed for people who want structure, accountability, and results, without the overwhelm of large classes. Expect intentional programming, real coaching, and a supportive training environment.

What Is Small Group Training?

Small Group Training is a semi-private training experience (3–6 people max) designed to give you:

  • Personalized programming within a group setting

  • Real-time coaching and form feedback

  • Progressive strength and mobility training

  • Accountability and consistency through community

    You get the structure of personal training with the energy and motivation of training alongside others, without feeling lost in a crowd.
